how would i stop this from happening also theirs a weird noise from the rear of the car when driving as if the brakes of stuck or a wheel bearing has gone, do i get an axle from a different car or what?

Brakes stuck on.......service them, adjust cables etc. Don't need to rush in and swap stuff.
