100k iirc, if it is a Zetec engine.
Could be less like 60k.

The not very quick....and the clutch has no feel. But they have really long gear ratio's, great for long journeys and MPG!
Mate got one for his first car

100k 10 years but the tensioner is only warrented by for upto 50k iirc and the tensioners do fail. belt is a peice of piss to do lock crank and cams undo all pulley bolts as pullys are fully floating, and there are no timing marks fit new belt and tensioner

Slightly off the topic, but how much do you think it would cost in labour / hours to fit a replacement 1.6 Zetec engine in a Focus?

depends where you go! Main dealer your looking 200ish for parts and that again for labour
