aftyer fitting the c20xe to my corsa, the battery keeps going flat when nothing is switched on and without the key in the ignition. ive had every fuse out of the fusebox, ive had the ecu unplugged, and the power block to the engine wiring harness disconnected and there is still 12v being fed and used somewhere!!?? anyone else had a problem like this? thanks

I'd say it could be a bad/missing earth as well.

Sounds mad, but check the interior light. One time my mate's fiesta had current going through it overnight for no apparent reason and it drained the battery

nah its not the interior light, ive tracked it down to the little wiring plug in the footwell that plugs from the car wiring into the engine wiring, as soon as you unplug the block its got no power drain!!?? does anyone know what colour the permanant live is for the engine ecu???
