When you change a gearbox on a car do you need to do anything with the clutch? or is it just old box off new box on?

while its off best to replace but no you dont need to touch the clutch / clutch plate to change one over

oh good

seen a gearbox with brandnew lsd for £200 was gonna change it myself so i will now.
