but to remove battery.. simple really. theres a bolt holding it down on the left hand side on the battery 13mm bolt
if you get stuck you shouldnt be under a car bonnet to be honest mate

better yet, how does he hope to blank the EGR if he can't get the battery out?
I hope he has some management system or something if he's blanking it.
Anyway, remove positive terminal with sockets, same with neg, then at the left hand bottom of the battery is a metal plate that has a bolt through it, remove it with a socket or spanner or something til you can loosen it with yer hand, then take battery out once you removed the plate. After the battery is out you can take the battery panel off too, that's 2 bolts.

Right, problem was the wrong size bolt was holding battery down, ut was about 1mm thick, and couln't get a scoket on it, and seeing as i have not removed one before I asked, As usual everyone thinks they know best about everything, and can't answer a simple question. I always find its usually the more skillfull people who do not take the piss, as they have nothing to prove.
lmao simple ppl lmao next it will be how do i open my bonnet lol" That would have to of been open for me to see the battery.
And for the oh so clever person saying "
