battery light comes on when coming to a stop? and some times the engine light comes on what could this be?

slack alternator belt? when it does it put car in neutral and raise the revs slightly to say 1500 ish. if it goes back off, maybe get a new belt or just tighten the current one up?

ok mate cheers ill get a new belt. when am coming to a stop in gear its ok its if i have got the clutch in or if its in neutral
