As in the title I have a weird rumble from the rear right of the car it's on coilovers could it be something to do with them? Thanks

probably, make sure the wheel's inflated correctly, check it's tight enough, if it is, take it off and inspect the suspension

not probably  more likely to be wheel bearing, jack the car up and feel for play.
