Does anyone know how the extra power is created on the gsi 2.5 v6 as it has about 25bhp more than the vectra cdx 2.5 v6? Is it a differant engine or just differant parts? If so what parts? cheers.

gsi has same cams as a 3.0 v6 engine known as g cams as thats what is stamped on them. also the amp in ecu will be slightly different. the over all engine itself is the same.

if you swap the cams it may need a remap
