What is considered to be normal piston bore wear?

on my engine there are light scrathces on top of bores, but below that i can still see priginal honing marks.

is it normal?

how much of a lip is there at the top of the bore...4-5mm or so down bore from top of block...typically if can catch finger nail under it then overbore time
