Alright guys, I have a 95' Sri corsa and it's running bad! Looking to get it back on the road any suggestions would be good!

Idle is Lumpy and doesn't stay constant
Engine goes to limp mode when revved above 4k or will turn off the car if goin near limiter?
Compression is 175psi on all but 2nd cylinder where it's down to 120psi!
No Mayo or oil in water but doesn't rule out headgasket?
Mileage is only 72k if that helps

Any suggestions

I know the head prob needs to come off but really seeking tests to be done to diagnose what's causing this

Thanks!

if the compression is down and you put oil in the bore and do it again the compression goes up it means the piston rings gone on that cylinder
