What should i use to push them out? Bought some 2.0 calipers and they've obviosly been sat for a while. Any certain tools i need to use?

If they are proper seized then they are fucked/in need of a refurb, depends how bad they are.

Why do you want to pull them out anyway? If your meaning push them back into the caliper so you can fit pads etc you can use grips or leavers or something like that.

If you want to push the caliper piston back use a g clamp!! Easiest and most effective way in my opinion
