Hello. i bought something similar to this, just wihtout the pipe ...




Im wondering if i put this filter in my car how can i put a airflow pipe if i drill the bumper or grill ... how can i avoid the water goin in ?

No need for one really, it will probly get more air in it without the pipe.

maybe but i want to suck a cold air, not hot one ... :-/ can u let me know how i can avoid the water goin in the pipe, i saw many cars with direct airflow feed pipe but havent got any idea how to avoid the water goin in :/

this is my filter ...







what should i do with AFM ... :-/ after i take the battery out form more than an hour and then reset the ECU ???

Airflow meter needs to be left connected. Aslong as its away from manifold it will be fine as is.

If you put the end of the pipe as low as possible i cant imagine water travrlling upward.

Yes i thought to do " U " on the pipe so it wont go but how people drive like this ?

standart pipe dont go there, yes its from the same side BUT its connected to the body of the car ...

i know its a different engine etc but gives you a bit of a idea this is mine

Thats look clever to be honest ))

look what have i done tonight, i moved the AMS from the box to the hose lol please have a look the oil cap, its just a tiny bit white but do u think is cos of head gasket ?

full with clean anti-freeze so probably its cos of the hot engine and very cold weather
