if you hold the nozzle point up slightly and hold it just within the hole so you can see the petrol come out of the nozzle it should be fine. Its what I do and never let me down, just watch out you dont over fill the filler neck like i did

Can't see the green stopper anymore! This must be what caused it! How easy is this to repair?
2 options...
1) put up with it (annoying)
2) get another filler pipe from the scrappers, clean it out, take the green shitter cap out and then replace with your own (what i did)
Vauxhall wanted an extortionate amount for a new filler hose from them, hence the scrappers!

Mine does it as well! £5 per £30 that my mate puts in! rather funny on road trips, 20mins to fill my tank

I have noticed if I put it in too fast then I get a bit of splash back but its better than standing there looking like a twat for hours only putting a fiver in
