get a FTP programe www.downloads.com serach for FTP ..

set up the FTP so it can connect to server http://upload.ntlworld.com (server name) username and pass should be ur name and pass when u signed up to NTL

hope this helps cos i aint very good at explaining stuff

go to ntl's site and it tell you just follow the tutorial
