I have a friend, and she's got a problem where when she goes into User Accounts, everything is blank. Has the registry been hacked or somethin? Or could some program running in the background be doing this? Cheers in advance.

when she goes into the advanced user managment/computer management within Admin tools, is it still blank?

She probably doesn't have administrator rights, but even if you're logged on as merely a guest, you should still be able to see SOMETHIN
