my front door speakers in my corsa sport measure at 6". i bought a set of speakers for them at 6" and they do not fit as the back of the speker is to big and wont fit in the pre cut hole in the door. will 5.5" fit in the door?

mate you need to buy the autoleads speaker adaptors from halfords for around £15

I have 6.5" speakers in the front doors of my corsa, I bought some tasty ones but the mounting depth was too much and I wanted the standard cover to hide the speakers, so I ended up getting a pair of Momentum MM60 from http://www.hendoncarstereo.co.uk/trolleyed/34/index.htm which fit perfectly.
