are their any aftermarket manifold heatsheilds available?

i have removed the standard one long time ago on my corsa Gsi!
Does this cause a LOT more hot air to be sucked in by the induction kit????

get some stainless steal, cut it to shape and bend it. job done

i cant seem to find my old one!!
how much would vauhall charge for a new one??

i ONLY want it if it will help in greatly reducing the amount of Hot air sucked in by the induction kit???

ive just brought a brand new one from me local vauxhall and its pretty shiney as it is - £26.00

oh and it WILL prevent heat getting in you airfilter/induction kit
