Ive just resprayed parts of my back bumper as i reversed it into a wall about 2 weeks ago so i have just used some plastic filler, sanded it down and sprayed it with some spray from vaxuhall.
I have a facelift bumper currently in gloss black waiting to go on my car which is glacier white. Could i just primer and spary the facelift bumper or would i have to sand it down first to get rid of the black paint.

Generally you can just key the old paint, and then apply the new paint directly over. You only really ever prime parts that have filler repairs or parts that have not been primed at all. But in this case because the ground colour is black and you want to paint it white, you may have difficulty getting coverage simply because the ground colour is so much darker than the new finish ie white. I would recommend a very light coat of white primer before the white paint is applied...
