if i was you i would make yours to run the Nova GSI Throttle body, its slightly larger butterfly will make a few gains over the corsa and its compatable

I know where there is a C16SE which is proper fooked so can butcher parts from it

i am looking into doing this at the moment. i have fully designed a new inlet and have had a prototype made. very similar to the mantzel.

the only thing holding me back at the moment is finding a company to manufacture a number of them at a reasonable price.

for these to work properly they need to be manufactured from cast alloy, unlike the velos which was a bit of folded aluminium.

problem is it costs lots to manufacture precision cast alloy manifolds. to do it sucsessfully you need to manufacture a large quantity, so you will need lots of cash to lay out initially. by the time you cover expenses and make a reasonable profit the cost will be the same as buying the Dbilas manifold from regal autosport. (£460) and to be honest this is an exellent design and looks very good.

if anyone can do cast alloy machine work at a good price..LET ME KNOW


ps. prototype is working well, going on the rollers soon on a standard x16xe corsa to see what gains it produces. ill let yall know how it goes.
