I have just received this in the post and wondering what sort of cam i should fit with it?
Also what sort of air filter?

fast road to keep idle ok, or whatever the max is with the head/piston setup you have if your not bothered about low rpm/idle

Im not too bothered about a lumpy idle but would you recomend fast road over rally cam as its used as a daily drive

fast road - the they way you got to look at it is do you want all top end power? which you will rarley use or abit lower down for everyday driving

check out piper or kent i would say a 272 degree cam

might as well get a veriner pulley too, should pick both up second hand for pence

iv bough my self the same kit (for the 16v engines) bit more than your £1 tho

can change the advance of the cam timing, for a few bhp

and if you looking for more perforamce items - i highly recommend a lightened flywheel, best mod iv done so far
