I have always used 80/90 manual transmission gear oil but looked in a data book today and it reccomends 75/80 which looks and feels a lot thinner.
then in the data book in my local parts supplier it said to use red Automatic transmission fluid
havnt got my autodata disc at home and need to pick some up on the way into Vsport in the morning, anyone got a user manual/haynes manual handy and have a quick look for me

try the 80/90 on the RR, then try the 75/80, see which loses less on the rundown

Don't use ATF it will destroy it.
We run 80/90 in our F13 recon boxes with no trouble at all, but if you wanted to spend a bit more you could run a semi synthetic 75/90.

ainsley, love your sig
I went with orange in december but the connection never worked, neither did the modem. cancelled it but now 10 weeks on they still have a tag on the line meaning I cant go with anyone else for internet all the staff are completely thick and completely useless.
they sent me an invoice for £50 today for the modem, they wont be getting that, or their modem back as I smashed it in a vice and put a few holes in it with the bench drill. made me feel a whole lot better

Well we moved house and would be told it would take 10 days fair enough. In the end it took 12 weeks. In that time i bet i rang them 50 times and thats no exageration. I also spoke to bt several times who eventually sorted it for me. Orange had managed to tag the line by tryimng to cancel a cancellation or something. I worked out from my phone bills that i had spent just over 23 hours on the phone to them trying to sort it.
