Take out grub screws and then use the radio keys. Hardest part is disconnecting the back I find as the plug is so short.

Lol probably because you stuck the keys in too far.
Push the keys in until they click, no further otherwise ye will be there for ages!

i used a screw driver and smashed my original head unit into pieces small enough to put out.. lol
