you mean a rebate?

You send the form and it shouldnt take long, unless you make a mistake or miss anything out on the form..

They can be arsey about it, so if you dont hear about it within a week, phone and pester them.

Recieved P45, earnings are below the minimum to be taxed, im in full time education.

Well it was a part time summer job, paid £245.40 tax on £1122.53 earnings over 7 weeks.

thats Basic rate tax, you shouldn't have that as your tax code. Not sure how exactly to go about it but gf works in payroll so i can ask her when she's on lunch if you want?

Please mate, if you could, can't really find anything on the interenet, i know i can get the money back, but tbh i just want to know how long it'll take? Cheers mate

Whittie, I'm a student and work part time, in a whole year I don't earn enough to be taxed, and my tax code is 522L, hope that helps

isn't BR emerengy tax code? not clued on payroll but you should receive it with your next wages iirc. But the IR are useless cunts so you will have to badger them to hurry up.

yeh I've got to do this too.

I've got like £825 tax on about £6500

and I'm off to uni in a few weeks, so will be fully unemployed.

Since allowance is about £5200 I'll be owed about £700 when i get my rebate.

yeah thats right!

i got a from online printed it off and filled it in got my employeer to do the rest and got my tax back in two weeks
