Bike Throttle Bodies, what's it take to make them work?
Which are the most suited to the X16XE?
What else do you need to fit with them once they are mounted?
And anything else I can't think to ask right now?
P.s. just wanted to give a thanks to all the users here, I've logged onto other forums, but you guys are the only ones who reply, so Cheers fellers

Thanks guys.
I had a look at other discussions on the subject, there seems to be a bit of conflict in belief, as to what's viable/workable.
I was more interested in the systems that can still use EFI. Its such a popular conversion idea that I'm not sure as to why there isn't anyone doing a standard complete and ready to go set?
People here are mentioning the Bogg Bro's but they have no email listed [???], even then, they appear to supply no ECU support?
Oh well?

Thanks Adam-D, that's a real interesting project you guys are doing there, plus its a great heads up for me. I'm amazed at how much you and chrex now about the mod game.
That throttle was the type of thing I was looking for [though EFI], do you know were chrex got the pre-fabed manifold from?
Cheers again.

Hey is it simpler to just go non-EFI?
What effect does that have on the ECU and fuel management system? Does it also mean a traditional sparking system [what we call a distributor]?

But there's no way/nowhere to fit a distributor anyway, right?

yea on the x16, i dont think you can put a dizzy on it to use the vacuum advance, so you'll have to get management.
the inlet was £215 from bogg bro's. If you do end up getting some, i have jets for a 1.6 that came outta mine. they're the 165's.
If you can get hold of throttle bodies its probs easier on that engine. or...put a 1.6 8v in and use a dizzy.

Thanks Adam-D on the manufacturer info!!
Hey, here he is, Master chrex!
Thanks for popping by and as I've said, I'm impressed with what you and your mate Adam-D have done on your Corsa.
Thanks also for the input here.
Is "management" an ECU, specifically a biggyback one?
inlet for $215 seems fare [sorry, no Pound character on me keyboard], to bad they don't have an email listed?? Do any of them use this forum?
Um...jets? Are they injectors?
What kind of Throttle Bodies do you recommend? I looked on this Japanese site that does limited translations into English, for there ebay, which is Yahoo, to find that only very old & beat up looking EFI models were there, but they had a lot of the carby versions, at all kinds of prices.
p.s.
Warning!
Noob alert!

Oops! piggyback!
And do you know if that inlet manifold can be used on multiple models of Throttle Bodies, or just one?
