JUST WANT ABIT OF HELP, IM NEW TO VAUXHALL'S
RIGHT I JUST BOUGHT A ASTRA GSI L-REG FOR THE ENGINE FOR MY CORSA PROJECT,
IT DONT HAVE A COSCAST HEAD BUT I WANT TO PUT ONE ON, HAS IV HEARD THESE ARE THE BETTER HEAD,
IS IT AS SIMPLE AS JUST UNBOLTING THE GM HEAD AND REPLEASING IT WITH THE COSCOST ONE??

yes the heads are identical, aprt from better flow, better casting to stop them goin pourous, and it being prited coscast on the bottom of the head its self

Do they really flow better?
If you havnt already bought the COSCAST head just get the GM head sleeved to fix the porous problem.
It's cheaper than buying a coscast head. People seem to want silly money for coscast heads on ebay.

il just buy a coscast head, lol they aint that much compaired to some of the parts iv already bought.

There still a waste of money though when people want about £250 for them, and about £40 for a GM head(which costs about £6 to fix the "porous" (cracked) oil gallery )
