Has anyone try the trick for getting the fault codes by shorting the pinouts on a 1.0l gls V reg corsa

as it looks like theres different pinout over the ones mentioned
its still the same 16 pin block but only pins 7,5,4,3 on the left side look like they can be shorted. where as the topbuz website shows pins 5,6 to be shorted..

If anyone can shed some light it would be appreciated

and which ties upto to none of the diagrams i've found...

although i just followed J100RSA and shorted out a random 2 and just blew a fuse

... me = daft
