Where can I get this asap without going to vauxhall? Motor factors only sell it in a bottom end set and I only need that one. Got the one inbetween sump and baffle but need one inbetween baffle and block

Or else use a few washers on the ones you already have.

Is it possible to replace the sump & baffle plate gasket so it won't leak?

Did you have to use silicone to seal it?

Nope. Mine is on bare and doesn't leak a drop. I don't like using silicone to seal them as it can break off in the sump and block the oil pickup pipe causing oil starvation. Just put it on dry if your going to use the 8v baffle plate.

If any gasket it sealed properly it shouldn't need sealant. Like Jamie said it could break of and course damage.

gasket is bonded to baffle plate, thats why people use them.
all you need it to use shorter bolts, or use washers on current one

When your fitting it you need to bend back one of the tabs to clear the crank.
