I use Meguiars Endurance Tyre Gel.
It keeps the tyres nice and black for at least two weeks in all weather in my experience.
U can buy it for around £9 from Euro Car Parts.

i use auto glym instant tyre dressing. just spray it on and leave it. works great on engine bays to.
most motor factors sell it but i get mine at shows as its usuall cheeper. 5L can £30.

Megs for me aswell, lasts for a good few washes on the tyres and hardly need to apply any so bottle lasts ages
