Hey,
I know a few of you on here have GoPro's so hopefully you might know. I've done a bit of googling but it's not returning what I'm after so it may not be able to be done.
When the GoPro is connected to the computer it automatically uploads the video files and gives me the option to remove them from the GoPro. At the moment I don't want to remove them just in case.
The issue I have is that if you don't delete them from the GoPro it will upload all files every time it is connected. Does anyone know a way of manually selecting which files to upload?

It shouldnt be doing that.
Windows? Assume youre using the go pro editor, you should have been prompted first to ask if you wanted to automatically sync, perhaps you clicked yes?
Uninstall and reinstall it imo

Steve isn't far wrong, I think its a setting within gopro studio.
dig into the preferences and look for automatic transfer and switch it off.
(note it might not be worded quite like that, but should be fairly obvious).
