im stuck with et:40 TSW razors with 195/50 tyres,
will i have major problems dropping -40 on spax kit?

i just removed the top two bolts as the rest keep the arch on. Hammered out the arch a little but not too much. Scubs a little with weight in back over harsh bumps but i am Et38 and 20mm lower

will i have to tap the arches out? but as you say you are et38 and 20mm lower, and mine are 15's so i doubt i will have as many probs

i did tap the arches out but just see how it goes. Biggest problem was my exhaust rested on my back axle so it vibrated so i had to do alot of messing with the exhaist so it sat right.
Im also on 15's with same tyres

Nah mate i was down 40mm on spax adj with et32 oz wheels no catching now 40mm on 19's with et18
