halfords do a simple kit with wiring, relay, switch etc, well, think its got a relay, if not they're usually beside it. try and get a corsa fog light switch for inside so, so its more factory looking

yes, you need a relay so that they only work when your sidelights/main beam are on, so they cant work when your lights are off, if that makes sense.
