I downloaded a demo off nero website, as it installed, it crashed justbefore end.
I Tried a few times, but couldnt get it to install.
Ive now been given a proper copy on cd, gone to install it, and it says cant install due to another copy being on the laptop.
I tried add/remove programs, and that just crashes. I tried to manually delete it, and there is nothing left on there relating to nero at all. yet it still shows it in the add/remove programms.
I cant do a restore, as its out of the range i can restore to, WTF do i do  help!!!!!!!

Roll the registry back (XP System Restore) to before you installed doggy copy.

it wasnt a doggy copy yho it was off nero lol. i dont have xp, i have vista
