Hey all
I have found some little circular bits of rust on my corsa underneath the door water seals.
A friend advised me to sand it down to the metal, prime then seal.
Does anyone else have any better advise to stop rust and it coming back?

remove rust as possible apply rust remover leave it to dry and apply primer and most important paint it than apply seal or whatever y have !!!

best tools to remove rust? and certain grain of sand paper?

start with gritty and get the rust off them use smoother stuff to smooth it off

what about large rusted areas? that are quite bad

some wet and dry is all you will need to get rid of the rust! Then just use something like krust to treat the rust, then use rust preventing primer will get the propper name later. Then spray it..... Shouldn't come back again
