Its the dizzy setup.

Had new:
Leads
Plugs
Coil
Coil modual
Crank sensor
AFM

Its ticking over at about 2-3k and sounds like its missing.

Any ideas?

Yea standard cam.

The ICV can be cleaned cant it?

There's a pipe coming off the right hand side of your power cap/mantzel/sfi squeeze it, if the revs lower then it will be something ICV related; as this pipe goes to the ICV, so squeezing it should stop the car from idling. If nothing happens it sounds like you've got a vv bad airleak. its also worth checking to see if there are any ECU codes stored

Id say i crack in the sfi box would class as an air leak
