i assume your talking about the vac/boost pipes? if so one will be direct feed to pressure which is on the back of the diaphram the other will be to your boost controller which is on the closed side if that makes sense, kinda in the side of it

theres one pipe on top and one on the side near the bottom

put a pic up if you can as will be easier to explain. you dont really wont to get them the wrong way round
