no, it will fit but the inlet ports are smaller
Drives supercharged Tec with torque

Yup. As above, the inlet ports are smaller. Nto sure about the exhaust ports. I think the X16XEL head is pretty much the same as an X14 head.

XEL is the best head, with triangular ports
