Right im looking to tune my 1.6 sport and ive got about £800 to spend on mods id like to get the car running around 140-160Bhp im thinking of new intlet manifold. New throttle bodys full exhaust and a remap 
Any more possible suggestions for the power?

Mantzel and the exhaust system you'll be looking at 125bhp. That's what i've done so far. Looking at about £700 to £800.
Cams your looking at about £300 then for your remap that's close to £500 for standard management. You'll be around 135 to 140bhp there and it will be nice and quick.

as said above, maybe be able to get 2nd hand power box inlet, cams,exhaust, 4-2-1 manifold and fiter and setup for your budget but only 2nd hand stuff..
if you want management and remapping your talking around £950 for decent stuff like gotech..
