x14 only when cold stops it after a good thrash. runs spot on still pulls hard. i know deep down its hg related but i dont want to rip it apart and fnd its not. anything else it could be. no eml on?

Its either HG or Valve Stem Oil Seems,Even way the Head will obviously need to come off.

How thick is the white smoke? Have you done a compression test? You losing any water?

Condensation being boiled off.
Does the temp gauge rise unexpectantly, ie under full load when it's warm, is it using water, does the oil look like a fanny with a yeast infection(Mayo).

no water in the oil temp gauge is normal water looks a bit shitty just has a slight miss on idle its pretty thick smoke though
