basically gave callipers a little lick of paint with them still on then after putting car back on wheels the brakes now wont work, so got the wheels off again made sure pads had contact an retaining clip was on properly pumped pedal an they were fine. put wheels on dropped it an they not workin again, have to push right down before there any sort of feelin. brakes are 288mm ones any ideas appreciated

any chance paint could have got between the pad and disk at all? failing that try bleding them, thats all i can think of
