normal beam bulb isn't working on the rear left hand side, changed the bulb twice and it still won't work any ideas how to fix?

Mine did this but on the drivers side. all the wires are in one loom, runs up passenger side sill, to pass rear light, across rear panel (behind boot carpet) splitting off to the number plate light, then across to the drivers side rear light. Mine was corroded where it splits off to the plate light. Will be a broken wire somewhere mate. Good luck lol
