The V6 calipers/carriers use the 288mm discs.

You can use 280mm discs off a 4-stud Meriva, but I think that's the biggest you can go for straight fit.
You can also use Fiat Coupe 284mm discs, but each bolt hole needs elongating as the PCD is too small at 4x98 compared to 4x100 for the Vaux applications.

Coupe turbo ones are too slim I thought as well.

308mm are Vectra B 2.6 ones. They are the same caliper as the 2.5 Vectras just with different caliper brackets and larger discs. Easy enough to fit on, but the brackets are expensive

Unless you are lucky and find a bargain, the 308mm Carriers normally go for 3-figures.

The only 308mm carriers that will work on the Corsa/Astra 3/Cav etc are the 2.6 Vectra GSi ones
You can't use a Mk4 Astra 308mm setup as the brakcets are completely different
LMF sell them I think - although I can't find them on their website, they do advertise them in their magazine adverts
