since the snow has cleared the belt on the 1.0 is squeeking its cunt out and the car seems flat it only has to see me through another week or so but its annoying and it feels flat as fu*k since its started squeeking

anyone?

The belt should have 2" of play it may be to tight or to loose

Talcum powder, WD40? Talc might work but surely WD, since it's a lubricant, will maybe silence it but just make it slip?

Either get a new belt or tighten the tensioner. It's only squeaking because it's loose.
