snapped cambelt tensioner bolt today snapped the head off completely any ideas on getting it out??? welding another bolt on? cheers

You could drill a hole as central as possible in the remaining stud then use an easy out to remove it

aint got no easy out and dont think i would get a drill in there as its on the side =[ might just have to weld a bolt onto it

Is the thread all the way to he head of the bolt? If so you could maybe get away with putting two nuts on it and locking them together to get it out.
I take it you've got the tensioner off btw?
