I lost my phone on a night out, do you think i will be able to claim on my house contents insurance ??
If so what shall I say happanned, it was a HTC HD2 so its not a cheap phone and no i dont have phone insurance.

Contents Insurance usually has the option of paying extra to cover stuff that you might take out of your house. I would imagine if you didn't have that additional cover, it wouldn't be covered.

do you have a natwest account?
upgrade to gold, register your phone for the insurance, then lose your phone in a month or so

I suspect not. If you broke it in the home (and still had it) then probably could claim.
My camera gear for example isn't covered outside the home, even though for 90% of the time that is where it is stored.
