Wonder wheels.

Brush it on, wait 5 mins and tar rubs off.

That tar remover spray foam is utter shite!

Autosmart Tardis is the best i've used by far. Spray it on and watch the tar dissolve and run down the car.

You won't find it in shops though. I had to phone the local autosmart rep to meet up with him and buy it.
You might be able to get some off a car wash or something.
