Need to know the formula, or maths to work out the rear brake force forced based on a percentage, and a figure taken from the front.

EG: if the fronts are 400lbs and i want a 60/40 split whats the maths to work out the rears

You'll still want it adjustable, there are other factors which would affect how it feels under braking.

Exactly what I said that in the other thread in GC.

A bit of wet on the black stuff and youll need to crank it to the rear a bit more.

60/40 may be wrong for dry too.

Get someone to watch you slam on and keep tweaking till your fronts lock up just before rears. No point in bothering with setting up on what is basicly just a guess.
