i need some uprated / rally spec cv boots for my car as its eating them for sum reason, Both sides arent lasting longer than a month, ive been buying cv boot kits from motor factors but they seem so be shite

The ones I used on my xe corsa were fine and from the local motor factors

Are the actually splitting or just popping off the joints? The clips they supply with them can be a little hit and miss at times. Cable ties aint worth a wank either

They are 100% splitting in the grooves. Nothing is catching them or ripping them they are just splitting, this is the 5th set of cv boots in 7 month

Id suggest they must be cheap crap tbh lol. Maybe worth going to vauxhall for some genuine boots. Not that expensive

Are you over stretching the boots when you fit them? I never have a problem with the ones at work or when I used them on my own cars. Where did you get the boots from?

thought this too, and i dont stretch the boot i just take the cv joint off and do it that way, had them from cooks and fms
