Started new thread as last one was getting cluttered and a lot of stuff has now been tested and ruled out!!

I was previously getting a spark and car would start and die after about 5 seconds. I discovered plugs in cylinders 1 and 4 were wet! So checked distributer cap, and found it very nasty looking, so ordered another hoping job done
It wasn't earlier today a mate and Alex on here were having look at car electrics, after testing loads of sensors etc managed to get spark on all 4 cylinders. Great! However it's a really weak spark

As you can see, it's not great!

I can't test if its enough to fire engine (I snapped a fuel rail connector tightening too much, and need another) but can't see this park being enough anyway! Spark was tested on old spark plugs (tried 2) that were previously working fine in old engine.

that dont look good, try the king lead? if thats weak then try a new coil?

King lead was brand new two weeks ago from megnecore Alex on here tested it and looks good. I'm looking at new coils but bank holiday ruins my changes to test thing as I need a coil and everywhere is shut/no post that may have one
