Want 2 parts of my front and rear bumper painted matt black/grey, like the escort in max poo the other month, would this be difficult/expensive just to have two areas highlighted?

not difficult no
but very silly , as the paint was just get wrecked in a month or so , unless you didnt drive the car

i was gonna spray my whole car matt black, till i realised that the slightest bit of grease or oil off the roads are gonna give it shiny patches and look rubbish.
