i just got a new car off ebay, m reg corsa 1.5 diesel.
the guy selling it had disability tax, so i've picked it up and driven it home with no tax.
what's the quickest way to tax your car, is it online? and can i not buy insurance til it's taxed?
can i drive it without the tax disc as long as i've paid for it?
also, someone was saying about a 14 day grace period in which to renew the tax, don't suppose this counts for me?

wudnt worry bout not driving round with the tax disk if u r taxed. I checked my tax disk the other day and it said out of date Sept 2006 - i never changed it to the new 1 lol.
Doubt the 14 day grace wud count 4 u.
